Welcome to the official website of the SC Music Festival (“Festival,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing tickets, or attending the Festival, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
The SC Music Festival is a live entertainment event showcasing a variety of musicians, bands, and performers. Our website provides event details, performer lineups, venue information, and links to purchase tickets through third-party platforms (such as Eventbrite).
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site or attendance at the Festival after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Ticketing & Entry
Third-Party Ticket Sales: All ticket sales are processed securely through Eventbrite.com. By purchasing a ticket, you are subject to Eventbrite’s Terms of Service and policies in addition to ours.
No Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated by Eventbrite or as required by law, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Entry Requirements: You must present a valid ticket for entry. Re-entry policies, bag checks, and security measures may apply.
Age Restrictions: Certain performances or areas may be age-restricted (e.g., 18+ or 21+). Attendees are responsible for verifying age requirements.
3. Entertainment Acts & Lineup
Performer lineups are subject to change without notice. Refunds will not be issued due to lineup changes or cancellations of individual performers.
The Festival is not responsible for late starts, shortened sets, or cancellations caused by weather, technical difficulties, or artist circumstances beyond our control.
4. Merchandise & Future Sales
Official Festival merchandise may be available online or on-site. Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold without written permission.
All merchandise sales are final unless defective.
We reserve the right to expand our merchandise offerings and distribution channels in the future, including online stores, vendor partnerships, and branded collaborations.
5. Venue & Future Expansion
The Festival currently takes place at our designated South Carolina venue. Venue policies (parking, prohibited items, conduct, etc.) must be followed at all times.
We reserve the right to change or expand venue locations, including adding new land opportunities for future events.
Attendees must comply with all posted signage, staff directions, and local laws while on Festival grounds.
6. Prohibited Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, you agree not to:
Engage in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
Bring weapons, drugs, or prohibited items into the venue.
Record, livestream, or commercially exploit performances without written authorization.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the Festival without refund.
7. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the Festival is at your own risk. By attending, you assume all risks associated with large public events, including potential injury, illness, or property damage.
The Festival, its organizers, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained during attendance, except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, videos, and promotional materials, is the property of the SC Music Festival or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Festival branding or media for commercial purposes without written consent.
9. Distribution & Partnerships
Any unauthorized sale, distribution, or reproduction of Festival materials, merchandise, or media is prohibited.
Vendors, sponsors, and distribution partners must operate under separate written agreements with the Festival.
